Tasting Notes

This wine is made entirely with Dolcetto grapes, is our classic Dogliani.

After careful grape selection, the wine-making process fully abides the traditional practice in order to fully preserve its distinctive aroma and delicate taste.

After fermentation in steel, maturation cement vats and summery bottling, it is quietly let to clarify.

Of a deep purple colour, it has a fruity and spicy nose – with a distinct berrylike finish – and a smooth, rich and balanced flavour.
